Funtasmic is a great place to have your kids birthday party. The place itself is clean, the host and workers there are just incredibe.They were always ready to help and to attend all my guest. I will recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you Nory, Jesus and all the staff. You guys are GREAT!!!

I have just finished celebrating my daughters 1st birthday about 12 hours ago. I would have written this review sooner, but was too tired to do so and decided to write the second I got up this morning. One thing is for sure, whenever I have my second child, I will DEFINETELY choose this place again. Hands down! The customer service was exceptional! The staff was incredibly helpful and very attentive to our needs. Once I said the food was ready to be served, they SERVED. The staff went to every individual person and gave them a plate of food, my guests didn't have to get up and get it. Funtasmic gets a 10 thumbs up!! Truly recommendable! There may be nicer places out there, but the service here blows any other party place out of the water. I can't wait to use this place again.

This place is AWESOME. Totally agree about the non-harmful balls. We came to this place during the week, as on the weekend there is no open-play. So we came after school to the 3:30-5:30 session, and my 2 y.o. and 4 y.o. loved it. So much so that when it was time to leave, there were tears. I like that everything is padded (the steps going up too). There are two parallel structures in which kids can "shoot" each other so my son really liked that. And a big slide, a bouncy thing, a tunnel, and balls everywhere. It was not crowded at all, but there is very little room for parents to hang out - but why wouldn't you just play anyway?
